I clicked a channel or movie/show and it didn't play, what's wrong?
It's usually your wifi connection. The easiest thing to do is try another channel or movie/show. If it plays report the one that didn't to us, if nothing is playing try an app that isn't ours to make sure your internet/device is working. If the other app plays but ours doesn't check the homepage of this site to see if we're up. If it says we're down wait patiently and we will be back, if it says we're up reach out for help.
Things play but I'm getting a lot of buffering, what do I do?
The rule is if one thing is buffering it's us and you can report it, if everything is buffering it's you and a speed test is in order. Restart your router, do a speed test and try again. If that doesn't resolve it reach out for help.
A movie/episode is saying not connected or no stream available, what does that mean?
Means we don't have it currently(if using Kodi VOD try VOD options and a refresh, refer to tutorials page if you don't know how). Even though we have one of the largest on-demand libraries on the internet nobody has everything. No guarantees but we consider all requests so don't hesitate to reach out.
I don't see whatever sporting event I'm looking for how can I find it?
Sports channels change daily, so if you don't see the channel for the event you want to see do a channel refresh. If you don't know how to do that refer to tutorials page
